I took engagement photos for my sister and her fiancé last November at Iowa State University. The collection online shows some of my favorites from the shoot.

I’ve taken photos at several previous FIRST LEGO League World Festivals too, going back to 2007. While I used to take photos in my spare time as a referee, I was a full time photographer in 2010.

In October 2009, I spent a couple days taking photos at the Rally America Ojibwe Forest Rally. One of the interesting things about shooting a rally race is how close you get to the cars. It enables you to get really tight shots as the cars go by.

While I was living in the Quad Cities, I got to photograph the Quad Cities Airshow in June 2007, which included a performance by the Air Force Thunderbirds.
